Experience Requirements
Tutor Doctor Fraser Valley is always looking for Qualified Teachers, subject specialists (esp. math and science), and special education instructors. We teach all subjects and levels and match tutors based on qualifications needed and student personality and learning style.
- Do you have teaching or tutoring experience?
- Are you committed, reliable, and organized?
- Do want to make a difference in someone's life?
- Do you genuinely care about others and helping them succeed academically?
- If so, we would love to have you on our team!
The successful candidates must possess:
- A vehicle for getting to and from the students’ homes
- Appropriate certification for areas they will be matched to tutor
- Knowledge of teaching techniques and learning styles
- Tutoring experience (Formal or Informal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of dependability and professionalism

Your resume must be included in your email application for consideration. Math and Science tutors are more in demand. Responses will only go out to people that are being followed up with immediately. Resumes will be kept on file for future needs. We match tutors to students based on tutor qualifications, skills, geography, scheduling, and personality. This is a contract position.
